Degree / Student Information: In order to process certain orders made we will ask you to provide your University ID number and programme of study
Item Specific Information: Some items may request additional information relating to the purchase of that item. This information is only requested when purchasing the particular item.

The information collected may be used in a number of ways:
Process Your Order: To successful process a payment, confirm the order has been placed and provide the goods or services purchased
Process Refunds: Details of orders placed through the warwickprint.co.uk online are retained to allow processing of refund
Communication: In the event of a problem with your order we will use your information to attempt to contact you and resolve the problem
5. Who Can Access Your Information?
Your information is only accessible by members of staff at the warwickprint and generally only by staff in the department or college responsible for managing the item you have purchased.
