How to place an order
It’s easy to complete your purchase. Just follow these simple instructions:
Browse to Your Product
After familiarising yourself with the product specifications, click on the "Go to Shop" button which will refer you to our Online Shop.
Select Options in the Online Shop
On the Shop home page, confirm the product category by clicking on the "Buy Now" button.
- From the pop-up screen, use the filter options to select a specific product from the available global options (size, colour, etc).
- On the next product screen page, upload your files (if applicable), name your project, specify the product details (quantity, paper quality, single-or double sided, etc)
- Confirm the selections you made
- To continue, click the "Add to Basked" button
Here you can review your selected product, including the quantity and finishing options. You have options to increase the quantity or remove the product and begin again. In addition, you will need to fill in your personal details on this page (i.e. name, phone number, delivery address etc.) and then click the Check Out button.
At the bottom of this page you can choose either to Continue Shopping (taking you to Home) or Proceed to Checkout.
Proceed to Checkout
Here you have a chance to review your order summary and your Delivery information, either choosing go back to the home page or proceed to payment. If you are not logged in, you will be taken to the log in or register pages. If you are a New Customer you will be asked to enter your username, email and Password. Returning customers will be required to enter their username and Password. Then you arrive at the Make a Payment page.
Make a Payment
Here you enter your Credit or Debit card details and your billing information. You will be directed to the University of Warwick secure online payment system. Whatever you decide, you then click Submit order. This takes you to Order Acknowledgement.
This page confirms the details of your order, including the submission date, order details, delivery information and pricing.
